The Woodcrafting Window
Woodcrafting is the skill associated with making wooden weapons and items. It requires a Set of Woodcrafting Tools to be equipped. The skill is useful for any class who wishes to make and repair their own wooden weapons (such as staves and clubs), and for Rangers in particular, who also use it to make arrows.
Some fighters will also bring a club and a set of woodcrafting tools with them wherever they go, as this allows them to keep their weapon durability in tip-top shape - a feat which can be quite a luxury in the more difficult dungeons. Woodcrafting also remains the only consistent way to acquire an all-important raft, and thus a person may choose to practice this skill for that reason alone.
Successes are gained by successfully crafting things with this skill. All Woodcrafting requires Logs; harvest Logs with Lumberjacking or buy some Logs or Boards from another player. Note: You can make a maximum of 20 Arrows at a time, depending on how many Feathers and Shafts you are carrying.
Though it is often forgotten or overlooked, the practice of Woodcrafting also creates a very steady buzzing sound, which might be annoying or relaxing, depending on who you ask. Some storytellers, for example, will consider it rude if you are sawing logs while they are trying to spin their yarns - in more ways than one.

The following table lists all items that can be crafted with the Woodcrafting skill. For staves, clubs, and bows, a GM (Grandmaster) version of the weapon can be crafted once your skill level is twice that of the level requirement. For example, a GM Club can be crafted at Woodcrafting Level 6. Such weapons have slightly greater durability and attack power than their regular counterparts.
