Items are objects in game, that can be collected by a player. They can either be stored in the player's inventory, their bank or guild house chests.
Some but not all items have graphics.
To pick up a specific item from the ground, the key combination Command+G is used. If there is more than one item a window will appear to let you choose the specific item you want to pick up. If instead you decide to pick up all Items the keyboard combination Command+A will let you pick up as many Items as your Inventory allows you to carry.
