A Black Plate Breast is a Piece of Plate Armor that covers the area from the chest to the belly. Unlike a regular Plate Breast it is Black of color.
A Black Plate Breast will also add 20 Armor Rating Points and weighs 30 Weight Points.
The Blacksmithing Skill (13) can be used to craft a Black Plate Breast if standing next to a Forge. it requires 20 Black Ingots. It is basically impossible to get to the point where one can craft GM Black Plates. They are a GM Drop/Treasure Item only.
Black Plate Breasts can be destroyed by Rust Beasts.
